Description:

Exhibit proficiency in all of the following: blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups, urine drug screen collections, paternity collections, breath/saliva alcohol testing, LCM/Cyber Tools, TestCup, pediatric blood collections, difficult draws (patients in mental retardation facilities, long-term care facilities, drug rehabilitation facilities, prisons, psychiatric facilities, or similar facilities).

Must-Have's:

1. Diploma or Cert. within Phlebotomy or medical assisting

2. Experience with blood draws in a professional environment

3. Experience working within a customer-focused environment

4. Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma

1+ years’ experience with phlebotomy - can train on the processing and other duties but must be proficient at drawing on all ages - Will work with all age groups. MUST have great customer service.

Must be comfortable with very high volume and quick pace work environment.

Some locations will only have about 5 patients a day, some up to 120+. The average is about 40 patients per day.

Will cover IOPs, client sites, and PSCs

Will be working independently at some of the sites

Will perform all duties to get specimens lab ready: processing, labeling, centerfuging, data entry

Will perform urine drug screens and prepare all specimens for the courier
