We’re looking for insightful individuals with the marketing, sales and service expertise to turn data-driven insights into innovative solutions that enhance sales and customer loyalty. What you’ll be able to do:

  • Lead the Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) global New Vehicle Launch process to drive consistency and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

  • Lead, develop, and report global cross functional service metrices to director level.

  • Manage the development and support of global processes to enhance cross functional deliverables.

  • Lead enhancements of the global program tracking database.

  • Provide director level support, through coordination of meeting content and status updates from program teams.

  • Support global alignment meetings.

The minimum requirements we seek:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of program management experience

  • 5+ year of experience presenting and communicating with various levels of management

Our preferred requirements:

  • Strong excel & power point skills

  • Strong written & verbal skills; short concise executive speak

  • Ability to support global meetings outside of traditional business work hours

  • Automotive process experience preferred
