Aerotek HR Processing Leads in Arlington, Texas

Aerotek is presently hiring for 20 HR Processing Leads to support a leading eCommerce company. Please apply directly to this posting if interested.

These positions will be collecting and reporting out necessary information utilizing internal tools. These Lead positions will be overseeing a team of up to

5 people.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for utilizing internal tools to look and collect all necessary info that is required by the health authority in that community. The individual will need to gather all regulatory info that is required by each county.

  • Responsible for pulling from an Excel list and organized and communicated in a high-quality standard to the health authority.

  • Need to be confident and capable to navigate and manipulate date within Excel.

  • Will also be using other tools such as Quip and Salesforce to pull/communicate info.

  • Responsible for the training, supporting and day to day work of processing assistants they will be leading. Will oversee a team up to 5 people. Will also be performing the data collection and analysis.

  • Responsible for reporting and triaging any regulatory issues. Working through all daily issues within the team and getting them up to speed on county laws.

  • Will be subject matter experts to support the team and project (trained on).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree

  • 1+ year experience leading a small team up to 5 people with a focus on execution and operational excellence.

  • Previous work experience in HR services, legal, and/or customer service

  • Support team building and training/coaching on SOPs

  • Strong computer skills including the ability to work with MS Excel

  • Team player, solid work ethic, willing to pitch in where needed.

  • Strong problem-solving skills - able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external government personnel.

  • Have good organizational skills and attention to detail - able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Flexible - able to change direction quickly - comfortable in a fast-paced environment and in dealing with ambiguity.

  • Solid sense of accountability and acute personal judgment - able to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate.

  • Comfortable working on repetitive tasks requiring strong judgment.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience researching, analyzing and synthesizing federal and state regulations.

  • Data analyst training.

  • Previous work experience in HR services, paralegal, legal assistants, customer service and coordination is a plus.

MUST HAVES:

  • Experience working in a team lead role supporting up to 5 people.

  • Intermediate experience with Excel and navigating databases.

  • Data analysis/synthesizing data
