Aerotek Customer Service Representative in Bannockburn, Illinois

HIRING FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT- QUICK START DATE

Description:

-Answer incoming calls

-Communicate with customers via email

-Process customer orders and data entry

-Utilize their internal issue tracking system – CARE – to follow through on customer inquiries and issues

-Utilizing systems to create vehicle selectors, process billing changes, generate reports, insurance card distribution and driver data changes.

-Utilize some basic excel - Update spread sheets, run reports, and mail merges

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:

-At least 1 year of call center experience

-Data entry and customer service experience

-Strong communication and writing (They will be communicating via phone and email - must be comfortable with both)

-Type 40+ wpm

-Computer savvy

Proficient with computers and MS office, especially MS Excel

-Achieved a HS Diploma

-Basic excel - update a spread sheet, run reports, mail merges
