Description:

• Manage and coordinate the docks used for incoming and outgoing shipments for the site.

• Arranging administrative items for incoming and outgoing shipment contents and comparing with past history to ensure accuracy.

• Preparing documents, such as work orders, bills of lading and shipping orders to route

materials. Reporting administrative discrepancies.

• Constant communication with carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue

instructions for the shipping and delivery of materials.

• Corresponding with customer representatives to rectify problems, such as damages,

scheduling issues, and pickup dates and times.
