What you will bring

• MBA and 6+ years of experience, or Bachelors Degree and 8+ years of experience

• Fortune 500 corporate finance, public accounting, investment banking, and/or management consulting a plus

• Experience in consumer products or retail industries a plus

• Professional certification (CPA, CFA, etc.) a plus

• Ability to work collaboratively within a large organization

• Problem solve through curiosity, diving deep, finding solutions, developing influential and collaborative relationships

• Ability to “connect the dots” across a diverse range of business / operating metrics and anticipate current and future state financial impact

• Comfort with and passion for data. Experience generating insightful analysis from sophisticated, ambiguous data sources

• Advanced Excel skills utilizing advanced formulas

• PowerPoint proficiency and experience building integrated financial presentations for executive-level

• Attention to detail in the development of management quality reporting and analytics for executive-level personnel

We're looking for a Finance Manager for Global Nike Women’s team, within Product, Brand & Innovation Finance. This role will be a valuable contributor to the team driving wholistic growth and profitability in partnership with cross-functional teams. You should be a teammate with excellent analytical and Excel skills, attention to detail paired with the ability to see the bigger picture, a strong work ethic, and a positive demeanor. A highly motivated finance professional with strong communication skills and analytical capability across a multitude of financial levers and business mix implications.

What will you work on

• You will develop seasonal targets for Merchandising and Production Creation in alignment with the central financial target in collaboration with gender margin leads

• You will collaborate with Merchandising and Consumer Planning on assortment & pricing strategy, franchise management insights, financial impacts and recommendations

• You will align investment opportunities, innovation adoption, Geo adoption, channel intention, depth and marketing support

• You will define and develop reporting mechanisms and provide detailed financial reporting for Nike Women’s portfolio

• You will support key corporate deliverables – CSR, QBR, etc.

• You will provide Women’s specific investment support and financial modeling

• You will drive marketing connectivity to seasonal product assortment, innovation and financial strategies

• You will partner with Geo Gender teams on strategy alignment/support and financial objectives
