Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior VP of Accounting in Boston, MA.Key Tasks:

• Manage and train Accounting Managers

• Perform financial review and accounting

• Review reports, check registers, budgets, and re-projections

• Maintain various waterfalls

• Participate in due diligence

• Prepare and review acquisition and sale closing statements

• Follow up on outstanding issues

• Support the application system and its users

• Perform special projects as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 10 years of related commercial real estate accounting experience

• Strong management skills

• Ability to work in a matrix structured environment

• MRI experience a is plus
