Job Summary

  • The Global Product Manager – Downstream is responsible for enabling BU’s to deliver on its New product launches, from Stage 4 to Stage 7 in Launch Excellence process.

  • The Global Product Manager– Downstream collaborates with the regional and local marketing leaders to centralize their needs for commercial execution and support their sales performance achievement.

  • The Global Product Manager – Downstream have regular interaction with its respective Global Product Manager– Upstream to ensure the New Product Strategy and Innovation roadmap is aligned with the local markets’ needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand and analyze the competitive landscape of AWC globally.

  • Champion Launch Excellence Process globally and locally for their respective products

  • Build strong Global Marketing & Launch plans and coordinate the Local marketing plan build up for their respective product category.

  • Build marketing tool kits globally for local deployment, in coordination with the Digital team.

  • Establishes, maintains and manages effective interaction and relationships with outside agencies and vendors, which support downstream activities

  • Develop field execution tools and sales aids that help sales representatives effectively deliver the appropriate value message for the acute brands to the appropriate audience.

  • Develop and execute sales training materials to enable superior field execution and delivery of value messages

  • Consolidate the local market needs for competitive rebuttal, life cycle and commercial/incremental innovation.

  • Align the Global brand strategy and execution with the Regional and Local leaders

  • Coordinate with their respective Global Product Manager Upstream to ensure a flawless alignment between Local markets needs and the innovation roadmap.

  • Any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties.

Education/Experience/Qualifications Requirements:

  • Master’s degree, preferably in Science, Marketing or Business

  • Comprehensive years’ experience in Wound Care companies, in Marketing, and/or Sales positions.

  • Previous experience of product launches globally

  • Previous experience in hospital and/or in community channel sale process

  • Previous experience in community channel sale process

  • Clear communication skills across a variety of stakeholder levels.

  • Rigor in process planning and execution tracking

  • Influencing skills, navigate easily in a matrix organisation

  • Team player mindset – Collaborative and engaging approach.

  • Passion for wound care customers and patients
