CVS Health Business Training Coordinator in Centennial, Colorado

Job Description

The Business Training Coordinator is responsible for assisting in functional training of internal and external customers on the operational development and performance of the Novologix prior authorization system. The position will work closely with other business teams to ensure internal system processes are documented and trainable. You will train and lead training sessions for internal and external customers on Novologix systems along with build Novologix systems training documents for internal and external presentation.

In order to be successful in this role you will learn system configuration and functionality while working with an existing Business Training Coordinator. You will identify and communicate details of system issues to proper team resource and track to resolution. You should communicate with and support internal and external clients through development, implementation, and maintenance of Novologix system enhancements and projects. You will analyze, build, update and test clinical criteria, system configuration, and medical notification documents to the specifications of individual client requirements. You should also identify and communicate details of system issues to proper team resource and track to resolution. will participate in the implementation of new products and system enhancements by providing data and recommendations to assist in evaluating the impact of the proposed benefit, system, or process changes. All duties will enable the Business Training Coordinator to document Novologix system processes and provide training through visual, verbal, and written job aides as needed.

This is a remote/ work from home position and we're looking for someone interested in working Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Data Analysis and Process Documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Group Training or Project Management

  • Experience working within a Medical Billing/ Medical Insurance environment.

  • Familiar with State and Federal Pharmaceutical Regulations.

  • Bachelor’s Degree within Arts or Science.


  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
