Location: This can be a remote based role within the US

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an entry-level User Success Program Specialist with global responsibilities. The role will be vital for supporting our users within all accounts and account segments by helping them realize business value. The role will work under the guidance of the Director for User Success Programs, with the wider User Success team and Product Advancement. In this role, you will be responsible for executing Bentley’s User Success Programs, such as Coffee Corners, Open Mics, Answer Hours, and Virtual Conferences. These user programs will ultimately support the delivery and enable self-service of success plays.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Be responsible for the execution of User Success Programs

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Implement best practices and procedures for program delivery and execution

  • Assist with developing program agenda and planning

  • Leverage user surveys for user success, product adoption, and retention

  • Create and execute campaigns to support a global team of colleagues and users

  • Ensure best practices are followed, with ongoing attention to positively impact:

  • User Sentiment

  • Bentely Product Usage

  • Ondemand consumption

  • Live attendance and engagement

  • Conduct user satisfaction surveys for continuous improvement

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, a related field of study, or equivalent experience.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills; ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances with close attention to detail

  • Strong motivation to build and grow user communities around the globe, and for multiple Bentley applications
