Lockheed Martin Global Sustainment Program Integrator - IPV in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: Selected candidate will perform the following duties on behalf of Global Sustainment in support of the IPV program:

- Partner with the Program Manager to ensure PMO and end-customer satisfaction of required sustainment deliverables and support services.

- Represent Global Sustainment as the prime functional lead ensuring the needs of new and existing customers are clearly identified and communicated to the functional team (GS Core, contractors, etc) and actively monitor performance to those requirements.

- Serve as the conduit for Global Sustainment functional communications, directed metrics reporting, and performance resolution for PMO, customer, and RMS executive requests.

- Support creation of internal and external executive-level functional and program presentations, ensuring messages are communicated correctly, concisely and consistently.

- Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

- Monitor effectiveness of the sustainment solution via field/performance metrics.

- Analyze operational data affecting the sustainment and support of assigned programs

- Responsible for budget execution, tracking and analysis; to include tracking obligations vs expenditures, creating charts/graphs to support numerical data and providing recommendations on best use of program budget.

- Create strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, supportability and reliability

- Support development of tools to maximize effectiveness and daily business operations.

- Support modernization and standardization of internal Global Sustainment processes and products.

- Support and provide technical analysis and evaluation of prime contract efforts and technical proposal evaluations.

- Provide recommendations and expertise to should-cost, budgetary estimates, source selection, and other proposal evaluation/contracting efforts.

- Monitor existing processes and analyzing their effectiveness.

- Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

Basic Qualifications:

- Experience with sustainment or logistics management.

- Experience with financials (budget and estimating).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint).

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

Desired Skills:

- Experience/education in Operations Management.

- Experience with senior level customer communication and strategic relationships.

- Understanding of contract requirements.

- Operational Excellence experience (Green Belt / Black Belt).
