    Thanks to our excellent reputation and superior service, United Communications is well-positioned for added growth and we are looking to enlarge our sales team with a Wireless Sales Specialist. In this exciting role, you will prospect for new customer opportunities daily within United’s fixed wireless footprint, interacting with residential prospects to offer internet and phone service.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Duties include the following, but other duties may be assigned as required.

  • Prospecting Activities: Cold calling, internet research, email, relationship building, and follow up

  • Identify and Qualify Opportunities: Align assigned United solution with prospect needs

  • Identify and develop territory knowledge and relationships within the community

  • Demonstrate, Propose, and Present: Demonstrate United Communications fixed wireless solutions to potential customers, answer questions, overcome objections, and close sales

  • Territory Planning and Pipeline Management

  • Work with Marketing to determine promotional marketing needs

    JOB QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

    Education, Experience, Skills, and Licenses/Certificates:

  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

  • Current auto insurance

  • Reliable vehicle per transportation needs of the market

    Knowledge and Personal Qualifications:

  • Sales experience selling to residential customers while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Comfortable with and experience in cold-calling and door to door sales

  • Strong follow-up skills with both leads and customers

  • Ability to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships

  • Client-focused with a passion for exceptional customer service

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Experience in lead tracking and pipeline management within a CRM database

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel

  • Highly organized with attention to detail

  • Able to prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Upbeat and positive attitude

  • Results-focused and oriented

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

  • Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Fixed wireless product knowledge required
