Manage the implementation of the sustainability roadmap with the internal and external stakeholders with a primary focus on Sustainable Product Traceability and Environmental programs of Decarbonization, Environment Assessment, chemical disclosure, chemical input management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with Sustainability (COE) team to manage the implementation ofSustainable Product Traceability and Environmental programs of Decarbonization, Environment Assessment, chemical disclosure, chemical input managementfor Footwear T2 suppliers.

  • Conduct process and system training to Footwear T2 suppliers to executeSustainable Product Traceabilityand various Environmental programs.

  • On-boarding T2 suppliers to Sustainability program based on the scope defined by Sustainability (COE) team.

  • Drive the execution of Sustainable projects with focusing onSustainable Product Traceabilityand Environment programs for T2 suppliers in designated country of origin.

  • Monitor Sustainability KPI (focus on Sustainable Product Traceability and Environmental programs) with T2 & T3 supplier to ensure performance achievement and troubleshoot issues that happened during the execution.

  • Act as the execution expert to cooperate with same function in different country of origin to standardize the execution and share best practice.

  • Support global sustainability initiatives and engage Footwear T2 and T3 suppliers for the feedbacks and inputs to support the development of Sustainable material projects and Environment programs road map and target setting.

  • Maintain strong network and relationships with T2 ,T3 suppliers and internal teams to build knowledge base for Traceability and Environment topics.

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong Knowledge of Environmental Engineering and Chemistry to footwear material manufacturing.

  • Knowledge of Footwear Materials Manufacturing and Procurement

  • Strong Execution, implementation skills

  • Pro-active approach and thinking outside of the box

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Prerequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four-year university degree preferably in Environmental Engineering and Industrial Engineering

  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in related field of Footwear

  • Project management experience 1-2 years

  • Operational experience 1-2 years
