Aerotek Customer Service Rep in Louisville, Kentucky
Hiring 20 CSR's to handle enrollment calls for the upcoming tax season.
These positions will be tasked with taking inbound calls and making outbound curiosity phone calls to individuals enrolling in its tax project. CSR's will also be asked to respond via emails to customers.
Candidate need to be able to work until 8:30 during the week and on Saturday's.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must have previous call center experience. Preferably experience with inbound and outbound phone calls and email/chatting. One to two years of experience is desired. Previous administrative experience is also acceptable. Proper email etiquette is required.
