The Acquisition Group Account Manager - Post Sales Support in Montreal, Canada

Position overview:

The Acquisition Group is looking for a dedicated and driven individual to join our winning team where you will have a chance to innovate, grow and enjoy the work you do! The Account Manager will be working in a call center environment and will support TELUS Health Living Well Program for our client, TELUS Communications. We are looking for a team member that is located in QC.

What will you do:

  • Educate customers on TELUS Health Living Well Companion products, services and policies

  • Promote and sell TELUS Health products and services over the phone (Outbound and Inbound).

  • Role will include a mixture of both inbound call support, outbound customer follow-ups and offline work related to sales, customer support or billing.

  • Listen to and understand customer needs and select the best solutions for them.

  • Provide a great customer experience while keeping customer information confidentially (This will entail taking down sensitive medical info including their condition, medicine, and medical history).

  • Assist callers with inquiries, complaints, or problems.

  • Work with a dedicated and passionate team who will assist you and work alongside you to provide our cliental with a great TELUS customer experience.

  • Be sales driven to close sales and have a strong desire to meet monthly targets.

  • Must be able to work independently and multi-tasking.

  • Great team working skills to work alongside passionate colleagues.

Mandatory requirements:

  • Work days required: Monday to Friday, however varying shifts will be required.

  • Ability to speak French and English fluently is a requirement.

  • Ability to pass a Criminal Background check.

  • 18 years of age and older.
