Description:

Receives, enters, and verifies orders from end user customers, manufacturer’s reps, authorized distributors and / or direct sales personnel. Process EDI orders.

Compares data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors.

Contacts preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.

Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered.

Responds to inquiries regarding entered data, and make changed when needed.

Provides order status, including tracking, proof of delivery, and expedites.

Serve as a back-up for the Customer Service Team by communicating with customers by phone or e-mail.

Provides assistance to the Customer Service and Inside Sales Department as needed.
