Danaher Corporation Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist in Mumbai, India

About This Role:

As a member of the Corporate Talent Acquisition (TA) Team, this position contributes a high level of specialized knowledge, skill and consultative leadership to implement key operational strategies to drive the overall effectiveness of the TA function. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Leader, the TA Operations Specialist partners with the India Talent Acquisition team and other key stakeholders in the development, implementation and evaluation of metrics, measurements, processes, and solutions that enable our TA team to meet and exceed their objectives.

What You Will Do:Talent is the differentiator, and germane to the continued above-market growth of this dynamic company. The TA Operations Specialist will play a critical role in executing in several core areas of this talent agenda including:

•Drive Talent acquisition process excellence, including utilization of the Business System to identify, implement and maintain continuous improvement efforts.

•The compilation of monthly reports, outlining key HR activities, trends, and progress against critical metrics and site/department objectives as well as ensuring visual management displays are kept up to date where appropriate.

•Provides regular cadence of performance data to inform Recruiting Excellence Indicators covering key TA KPIs – monitor capacity planning, sourcer effectiveness, recruiter productivity, regional TA coverage & identify opportunity areas.

•Responsible for ongoing data reporting, using data residing in Workday and other HRIS systems.

•Partner with HRIS team on recruitment technology, process, and tools to achieve operational excellence, including the optimization of the Applicant Tracking System(Workday).

•Maintains metrics on Diversity Recruiting to measure the delivery of diverse slates

•Provide operational support as we continue to build India TA capabilities.

•Collaborate with the global TA Operations team to develop outstanding processes, programs, and tools.

•Accountable for the delivery of all recruiting metrics to include monthly individual, department and functional scorecards focused on speed, cost, quality and diversity

•Serve as the subject matter specialist in HR metrics, reporting, sophisticated/predictive analytics utilizing Workday data.

•Refines and improves methods for visualization of data, dashboards, tools, and reports that support problem analysis and assist in driving root-cause analysis and process improvement as well as critical metrics

•The first point of contact with the TA community for Workday Recruiting inquires, questions, and support. Enable monthly TA Partner calls & Workday Checkpoint by HR IT

•Develop auditing methodologies to inspect process compliance and proper usage of systems across the enterprise and pinpoint areas of improvement

•Influence organizational thinking with standard methodology approaches to measuring recruiting outcomes.

•Develop a strategic approach to third-party vendor solutions including; RPOs, mobility, social media, recruitment advertising, background screen vendors, etc.

•Ensure legal compliance with all regulatory requirements including local employment regulations.

•Develops & implement the reaction surveys like hiring managers and new hire recruitment satisfaction surveys to measure customer satisfaction.

•Monitors utilization of TA tools/resources/systems to ensure continuous improvement by both TA team and a positive ROI from vendors

•Analyzes data from job boards, job networks, and social media sites to identify key trends.

Preferred Experience & Education:• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of dynamic experience in Recruiting/ Recruitment Operations, and/or Program/ Workforce Management within a global organization.• Proven success in partnering across a de-centralized/ matrixed setup, and leading recruiting initiatives in a highly accountable, results-focused company, where leaders at all levels focus on demonstrating a dedication to core values, operating principles, and practices.• Experience working in a lean/kaizen culture focused on continuous improvement is preferred.• Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel• Proficient with data visualization tools; Power BI preferred

• Demonstrated success in planning, enabling and facilitating operational reviews with high impact action plans aimed at deficiencies.• Experience of working with Workday will be helpful.• An impeccable focus on stakeholders and utilization of a consultative approach.• Ability to effectively partner with individuals across our organization at all levels
