Cassia Business Office Manager in New Prague, Minnesota

Praha Village, a new, 91-unit senior living community in New Prague, is hiring a detail-oriented Business Office Manager with bookkeeping and office administrative experience to manage our business office. In this role, you will complete bi-weekly payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and monthly rental billing. Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with the elderly, has the ability to multi-task, and is friendly and professional in all situations.

Since we opened our doors in February 2019, we have focused on giving quality and compassionate care to our residents. Safety is our number one priority.     Business Office Manager responsibilities:

  • Complete monthly rental billing and bi-weekly payroll (currently switching from ADP to Kronos).

  • Supervise front desk reception area/ staff.

  • Process documents for new hires and lead new employee orientation.

  • Manage resident information and rosters in billing platform .

  • Complete office supply orders.

  • Complete Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

  • Respond to family inquiries regarding monthly statements.

  • Program building access credentials for staff/residents.

  • Perform additional tasks as requested.

    Business Office Manager skills and requirements:

  • 3+ years of recent administrative experience in a business office setting preferred.

  • Prior Bookkeeping or financial experience required.

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting a plus.

  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and Publisher.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
