Aerotek HR Assistant in Olive Branch, Mississippi


Assist with the overall recruitment process including job posting, interviews, and hiring.

* This person will MAINLY oversee the sourcing, SOME screening (depending on the skill set) and scheduling of interviews for candidates. *

Collaborate with the HR team in conducting job fairs, offline job advertising, and more.

Maintains posting and interview schedules of job vacancies using effective recruitment channels.

Assist with the screening of applicants, scheduling interviews, and extend offer to qualified candidates.

Work hand and hand with hiring managers and the HR team.

Assist with New Employee Orientation and Onboarding (new hire) process.

Work with a high sense of urgency in a changing environment.

Assist with the transition of the HR team.

Assist in the employee handbook creation process.

Review and create company policies

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent experience required, Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.

1-3 years of experience recruiting

Good communication skills (oral, writing and reading)

Organizational Skills.

Flexibility in changing priorities

Familiar with ATS (Indeed and ziprecruiter)

Strong phone presence and ability to lead conversations

Microsoft Office Experience Required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
