ABCO Maintenance is a full-service facility maintenance/construction company that has been serving the Tri-State area 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for over 30 years. We are actively recruiting qualified candidates to join our team!

Job Description:

The individual in this position will be working remotely to provide administrative functions, customer service support, and communication for our field technicians. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Effectively communicating information between field technicians and internal office

  • Receiving and relaying information to appropriate departments

  • Multitasking and fast-paced data entry using Microsoft Office and client portals

  • Live scheduling and appointment keeping

  • Mapping and basic internet searches

  • Fabricating reports using Microsoft Office, live Excel documents, etc.

  • Dispatching technicians to emergency and high priority work orders with a strong sense of urgency and punctuality

  • Additional responsibilities will be added based on job performance

Position Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative functions and customer service

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment while logging data with speed and accuracy

  • Works with a sense of urgency

  • Works well in a team-oriented environment

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to exercise professional etiquette via phone, email, and messaging

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking

  • Experience in Microsoft Office, and other computer programs

  • Flexible hours, including alternating weekend availability

  • Facility Maintenance or construction experience preferred, but not required

  • Dispatching experience preferred, but not required

  • Must work 2:00pm - 10:30 pm EST either Wed-Sun or Sat- Wed (Part time can be weekends + 1 other workday)
