Aerotek Receptionist in Portland, Oregon
Seeking a Receptionist for an in person role, position will be in Milwaukie, OR.
Greet visitors to building
Filing – PO’s, shop drawings, invoices
Utilize company database to produce Bills of Material Report and job costing
Daily use of Excel
Clear customer invoices. Mail and e-mail out invoices to customers
Sort incoming mail and distribute to the appropriate recipient
Other duties as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1+ year of experience working in an administrative/office capacity
Needs basic Excel skills (no pivot tables, mostly data entry and formatting)
Ability to learn multi-line phone system and to handle calls in a courteous and professional manner
Filing – both alphabetically and numerically
Basic Excel and computer skills
Accuracy with numbers
Ability to utilize Word, email, fax and copy machine
Willingness to help coworkers with workload when necessary, and desire to learn
Ability to multi-task
Excellent attendance, a must
