Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Saginaw, Michigan

Description:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company. Will be troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems on their 2 Thermal forming machines that have a variety of components such as, conveyors, hydraulics, electrical panels, sensor, heaters/coolers, motors, x-ray sensors. They also trouble shoot Allen Bradley plc ladder logic using Rockwell controls and RS Logic 5000 software. Maintenance Technicians are frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl; and talk; or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must frequently lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
