Description:

Seeking a Safety Coordinator for a masonry contractor in Salem, OR.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate required safety training

2. Hold quarterly safety meetings

3. Perform job site safety inspections

4. Investigate jobsite incidents/injuries

5. Implement back to work programs for injured employees

6. Coach field crews on safe work practices

7. Modify and improve Kraft Masonry’s current safety program on paper

8. Draft site-specific safety plans for clients and implement with Kraft Masonry field crews as necessary

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1. 5 years minimum construction industry experience

2. 2-year minimum experience in building construction safety

3. Broad understanding of safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and SAIF policies
