SGI Global is seeking a Records Examiner/Analyst - Human Resources to support The US Attorneys Office, District of Puerto.

Position is contingent upon award

Job Duties:

  • Provide staffing & recruitment support to the Human Resources Division

  • Review data and information from multiple sources

  • Establish personnel files

  • Assist in coordinating pre-employment requirements

  • Provides assistance for general pay, security packages and personnel actions

  • Manipulate, transfer, compute and print information

  • Provides word processing and data entry/retrieval

  • Prepare and correct reports and correspondence using word processing software

  • Create and manipulate spreadsheets

  • Apply specialized terminology

  • Schedule appointments for recruitment interviews

  • Perform on-line data update and verification of existing records

  • Assist the training coordinator

  • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

  • A four-year undergraduate degree is preferred.

  • Ability to operate a variety of office equipment, including personal computers, photocopiers, scanner, telephone systems, fax machine and other automated office equipment.

  • Attention to detail and ability to read and follow directions.

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Must possess a demonstrated ability to analyze documents to extract information.

  • Ability to read, speak and write English is required.

  • Ability to read, speak and write Spanish is preferred but not required.
