Our Sales and Marketing director serves as the team leader, providing strategic and tactical direction for marketing and sales initiatives while also regularly contributing to the execution of these initiatives. By working collaboratively with PRS and other community interdepartmental teams, you will establish, monitor, contribute to, and ultimately achieve team and individual goals for census, budgets, prospect activity levels and other essential metrics.

As a Sales & Marketing Director you will take delight in:

  • Providing leadership, strategic and tactical direction to the Sales and Marketing staff.

  • Contributing to established sales goals by managing a pipeline of prospects, conducting sales activities, recording notes in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, receiving deposits and moving in new residents; Leading all sales team efforts.

  • Researching new and innovative ways to operate the Sales and Marketing Department and plan for the future accordingly; advocate for the continual excellence of your community.

  • Demonstrating professional and compelling presentations of the community’s features and benefits on tours, sales calls and in written communications; maintain a presentable and professional work environment that presents the community in the best light.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing or related field is preferred.

  • Five (5) years’ experience in sales, marketing or a related field.

  • Prior supervisory experience including budgeting, performance management, discipline and management of staff.

  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, customer relationship management software and social media platforms.

  • Excellent public speaking and phone skills, minimum 45 wpm typing.

  • Ability to initiate prompt and appropriate action/follow-up to problems and issues.
