Job Description

  1. Prepare monthly standard reporting including variance analysis for P&L and cashflow and interpret financial results with business insights;2. Prepare rolling forecasts and track sales performance, identify business opportunities & risks;3. Play a key role in annual operation planning (AOP), coordinate strategic plan with region;4. Prepare monthly Ops Review deck for management team for review;5. In charge of central SGA ledgers including reporting, forecasting and budgeting;6. Take lead of financial reporting system integration and enhancement;7. Other ad-hoc requests;

Required Skills

  1. 6-7 years working experience in MNC, FP&A or controlling is preferred;2. Have business acumen and strong logic & analytical thinking;3. Self-motivated, independent, performance driven, work both hard and smart;4. Have excellent intercultural communication skill, fluent English in both writing and speaking;5. Highly proficient in MS Excel; user experience in SAP and Hyperion system is preferred;
