Aerotek Customer Service Representative in Syracuse, New York
Job Description/Position Details:
Remote position (MUST reside in Syracuse, NY- position will resume in office)
Handle incoming calls regarding Annuities, IRA’s, and 403B’s from across the US
Maintain product and procedural knowledge
Calls will involve helping customers with questions regarding services (for example: withdrawals, address changes, account information, etc.)
Outbound calls as needed for follow up (small amount per day)
Some form of customer service experience (phone or face to face)
Strong verbal and computer skills
High School Diploma/ GED required
