Aerotek Architectural Designer in Teaneck, New Jersey

Description:

Exciting opportunity with an Architectural firm that works mainly on multi-family and mixed-use projects that are large scale such as: 100 - 700 unit residential buildings, hotels, large scale condo units, is hiring for an Architectural Designer.

The ideal candidate that will be joining the team will be responsible for the following below.

Architectural Designer

  • 5+ years MINIMUM as an architectural designer working within the design phase of the project (must be fully capable of bringing projects through the design phase with limited help or guidance)

  • Fully proficient in using Revit to produce full sets of CD’s (3+ years using Revit)

  • Knowledgeable in all aspects of buildings including floor plans, elevations, code review, all building systems and understanding how they work together.

  • Coordinate and be knowledgeable of other trades (MEP,etc.) to properly create layouts.

  • Project experience with either multi-family, condos, apartment buildings, or hotels is a plus preferred but open to other project types as well.
