Cloud Engineer - Architect

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available on Cloud technologies

• Ensure configuration and compliance with configuration management tools

• Administer and troubleshoot Linux based systems

• Troubleshoot problems across a wide array of services and functional areas.

• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.

• Perform infrastructure cost analysis and optimization

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• At least 3-6 years of recent, relevant experience with public and private cloud technologies.

• Experience with one of the Cloud Technologies such as AWS, Azure or GCP

• Strong understanding of how to secure Cloud environments and meet compliance requirements.

• Experience working with Cloud services – Storage, Networking, Security

• Working experience in maintaining the Cloud Infrastructure – Monitoring, System Recovery, Data Backup

• Experience in Microservice based development using Docker, Kubernetes and deploying application on Cloud platform.

• Proficiency in any of the programming language like Python/Java/Go

• Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure with Terraform

• Experience in tools like Puppet, Chef, Git, Jenkins.

• Solid foundation of networking and Linux administration

• Experience working within an Agile environment

• Ability to learn/use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools

Would be a plus:

• Experience in development related to Medical modality software.

• Knowledge in Health Care Standards & regulations like DICOM, HL7, IHE, HIPPA
