Data Center Sales Executive

Toronto, Remote

Business growth is critical to the success of Dell Technologies and in this role you’ll be in charge of expanding our footprint. Our Data Center Sales Executive team develops new accounts and expands existing ones, using their expansive knowledge of our offerings to grow an established geographic territory or product line.

What you’ll achieve

As a Data Center Sales Executive, you will connect directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with our storage solutions, partnering closely with the Direct Sales Executive to understand and meet customers’ storage solution requirements.

You will:

• Support a range of accounts, interfacing directly with customers on their storage solution requirements

• Understand how our business model relates to selling our storage products and services

• Be the specialist in support for the account team, escalating as needed

Essential Requirements

• Knowledge of storage solutions

• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role

• In-depth knowledge of and skill in contract interpretation, negotiations and project management

• Understanding of strategic planning and company products and services

• Experience in presentations and interaction with senior leadership, vendors and customers

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• At least 5 years of outside sales experience
