Better requires process discipline and simplification
In this role, you will be responsible for the enhancing productivity and effectiveness of the GTM organization within region. In addition, you will be creating high level strategic partnerships across multiple teams and locations, as well as; supporting the finance team by working with the sales, dealing teams in preparation of Budgets, forecasts, planning, and reporting
Furthermore, you will be responsible for project analytics, logistics sales program implementation and you will represent the Go to Market organization in implementation of joint action plans in collaboration with various departments such as operations, compliance (including market compliance) and Internal audit. Lastly, you’ll be working closely with the BI team to review performance measures and KPI’s to identify business trends and drive actions needed, including sales initiatives, as well as; supporting GTM business critical projects to drive and support the business’s strategic objectives.
Track record in the development and delivery of strategies to drive improvements in sales performance and support business growth objectives a bachelor’s degree in relevant subject. You will also have 3 – 5 years of experience writing and managing digital or technical content for a consumer audience, strong problem-solving skills. In addition, you have excellent communication aptitude, be able to excel at translating complex ideas into easy to understand content, ability to handle multiple projects and deliverable simultaneously.
