Aerotek is hiring WFH Member Care Specialist for a company in the Williamsport, PA area!

Member Care Specialists duties include but are not limited to:

• Receiving inbound calls from customers seeking help with their service.

• Return calls from prospect and current customers

• Log caller information and update profile

• Collection calls

• Troubleshooting

• Cancel accounts

Daily Expectations:

• Log all caller information

• Speak to caller in engaging manner

• Fully resolve issue in a timely manner

• Ensure the caller feels respected, heard and understood

Culture on calls:

• Must have a warm phone voice and professional demeanor to help customers.

• Need to be a great listener and have a desire to make a difference with customers on the calls
